APPLICATION must be filled out before you will receive a call back. You will not receive a call back if the apartment is no longer available.

NO PERSONAL TOURS or WALK-INS. Video Tours are on the TOWNLEY COURT Page – Video Tours of specific apartments, if available, will be emailed.

Only apply if within 60 days of moving.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Our properties are non-smoking and no pets.

Tenant’s income must be 2.5 times the rent each month.(if your rent is $700 per month your income must be $1,750 (ie.2.5 x $700 = $1750)

A 675 credit score or higher is required – please check your credit score online before proceeding.

You will be charged the application fee of $38 (non-refundable) ONLY if the apartment being applied for is available.

b) upload a picture of your driver’s license (photo id)
c) upload a screenshot of your credit score
d) upload one month proof of income
e) agree & submit – we only correspond from applications that have been submitted with all the above requested information
