NO PERSONAL TOURS or WALK-INS. Video Tours are on the TOWNLEY COURT Page – Video Tours of specific apartments, if available, will be emailed.

Only apply if within 60 days of moving.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Our properties are non-smoking and no pets.

Tenant’s income must be three times the rent every month.(if your rent is $700 per month your income must be $2100 per month).

A 675 credit score or higher is required – please check your credit score online before proceeding.

If the apartment is available and your application is at or near the top of the list we will send you the QR Code to pay the $35 non-refundable application fee.

a) complete the entire application below
b) upload a picture of your driver’s license (photo id)
c) upload a screenshot of your credit score
d) upload one month proof of income
e) agree & submit – we only correspond from applications that have been submitted with all the above requested information
