Our properties are non-smoking and no pets.
Tenant’s income must be three times the rent every month.(if your rent is $700 per month your income must be $2100 per month).
A 675 credit score or higher is required – please check your credit score online before proceeding.

b) upload a picture of your driver’s license (photo id)
c) upload a screenshot of your credit score
d) upload one month proof of income
e) agree & submit – we only correspond from applications that have been submitted with all the above requested information
